	On August 27, 2009, three employees of Walter & Jackson, Inc. were offered an opportunity to purchase the Walter & Jackson millwork facility located at 622 East Farmersville Road, New Holland, PA. This millwork facility originated back in the mid 1930’s as the S.H. Good Company. Sam Good, and later his children, John and Veira, operated the business till 1981 when Walter and Jackson, Inc. purchased the business. CustomCut Millwork, Inc. owners, Virgil Roark, Mike Carter, and George Ebright began business with a total of 68 years on experience in the custom millwork business.
